Urgent Reminder!
Every EMS serive in Erie and Wyoming County with a NYS EMS Code (BLS FR, ALS FR, and ambulance services) must request the list of agency providers who registered with the WREMAC, correct expiration dates, and return the list NO LATER than August 1, 2015.
The WREMAC has established August 1, 2015 as the FIRM deadline by when this information must be returned with updated skill and expiration dates and e-mail addresses for all EMS providers.
If your agency has not already done so, please request your agency list from the Office of Prehospital Care by e-mailing: swander@ecmc.edu or calling (716) 898-3600.
Likewise, please be sure to submit your corrected list if you have already requested it.
It is imperative we work together to meet the August 1 deadline.
