Answer: NYS Certified Lab Instructors (CLIs) and Certified Instructor Coordinators (CICs) are required to complete an approved CIU course (or complete equivalent training) one time during the instructor certification cycle. This course is an approved CIU course which may be used as a part of renewing NYS instructor certification.
