Advanced HazMat Life Support Provider Class will be held on October 27-28, 2014 at the SUNY Upstate Medical University’s EMSTAT Center located at 550 East Genesee Street, Syracuse 13210
On-line registration at www.ahls.org is now open.. Registration Deadline is September 9.
Please note the following:
1) You must register on-line directly on the AHLS website, at www.ahls.org
2) Once you register, you must send payment directly to Upstate Medical University Dept of Emergency Medicine ( information is provided on the attached flyer)
3) Registration deadline is September 12TH
4) Payment must be received in the Dept of Emergency Medicine no later than September 12th
