Hello everyone!
We are very pleased to be hosting an evening with Dr. Stephen Wear, PhD. It will be August 11th at 7:00pm and will probably run an hour to an hour and a half.
Dr. Wear is the Co-Director of the UB Center for Ethics and Humanities in Health Care, as well as Ethics Officer at the VA Medical Center. He will be engaging attendees in open discussions about the ethical decisions that we face in medicine and in EMS, especially ones which are not made clear by protocol or policy. Topics will include end of life issues and grey areas of consent. The session is open to all agencies and all providers of any level!
